Pilates for Sport
Whether you take part in a sport recreationally or professionally, Pilates can have a profound effect on performance regardless of the sport.
This class will focus on fundamental Pilates exercises as well as incorporating movements to further build core strength, improve muscle balance, proprioception, increase mobility and flexibility for sports.

Set to music, this dynamic and flowing class is based on Pilates exercises with influences from other movement modalities to strengthen and mobilise your whole body. This is an intermediate/advanced class.
