*All participants for BarreConcept must have completed a BarreConcept workshop prior to attending a regular class. BarreConcept workshops are run monthly and are 90mins. Please click here for the next available workshop.

IMPORTANT: When booking any class for the first time you will need to create a free Teamup account. Simply click on the class you are interested in and the system will prompt you to sign up. All new members are offered a 3 class Intro Bundle covering group exercise, Pilates, and stretch. There will be an option to select this once you have signed up and selected the classes you wish to try.
All classes must be prebooked via Teamup. All classes have a minimum age of 18.
